2) develops aspiring to self-perfection;
3) social adaptation takes a place through forming and development of skills of conduct of household, self-service, labor abilities and skills;
4) to put conduct active social life:
- visit sporting clubs;
- take part in city measures;
- take part in the eleemosynary actions of fund;
- help sick children who born in the same year read them books, draw, played with them.
Realization of this project is planned due to eleemosynary payments. At the same time, it would be desirable, that the state also accepted active voice in support of this project. In particular, that tax deductions were given, all children should get proper help from the state, also necessary will be and financial help as subsidies.
Children, educated in such terms, become anymore socialize and geared-up to independent life, to creation and support of own family.
Purpose of creation: a psychological–pedagogical rehabilitation and socialization of children-orphans and children, deprived paternal guardianship, diminishing of amount of children-orphans in the boarding school type of state type and increase of amount of children who were taken on the protracted education in child's rehabilitation center.
Task - basic tasks of child's rehabilitation center are:
-creation of favourable, comfort terms, close to domestic which assist normal development of child;
-providing of health protection children;
-providing of social defence of child, it medical-pedagogical and social adaptation;
-formings of general culture of pupils, their adaptation to life;
-guard of interests and rights for pupils;
-mastering of the educational programs, receipt of deserving education, children is in interests of personality, society and state;
-conditioning is for a conscious choice and following mastering of the professional educational programs:
-social adaptation is in society.

ORGANIZATION of SOCIAL CHILD'S REHABILITATION CENTER (SCRC) is the Name of SAINTED ELISABETH
A primary purpose of activity of SCRC is a psychological–pedagogical rehabilitation and socialization of children from unhappy families, and also works, with these families. Amount children who will live in SCRC of – IS planed about 30 persons different age. In SCRC there are children in age from 6 to 18. Children live in SCRC to that moment, when they will be 18 years ago. Groups are completed taking into account age of children and teenagers:
6-10 years; 11-14 years; 15-18 years.
Building which we want to utillize under SCRC - makes the general area of 1500 m. building is placed within the limits of city. An area answers technical requirements, located in an environmentally clean place on territory near-by the large green planting, and also remote enough from a main street with intensive motion. An area is placed on the decussation of two streets, accordingly has 2 entrances. It follows notices that not far away from SCRC there are a few general schools to which it is planned to bring children.
Using foreign experience of equipping with modern amenities of territory of SCRC, we understand that locality nearby must be instrumental in rest, adaptation, rehabilitation of children. That’s why the project of equipping with modern amenities of parkland, elements, is meticulously developed, which will satiate functionally and emotionally.
Social child's rehabilitation center for minor children has the followings areas:
1) housings rooms(on 2 persons each);
2) apartment in the general lines of an educate value;
3) separation of psychological correction and social rehabilitation;
4) apartment of medical service;
5) administrative block;
6) sporting hall;
7) pool;
8) living room-dining-room;
9) living room by a general area not less than 25m;
10) playing room(home movie theater);
11) a few toilets.
We plan to put personal computers in every room connecting to the Internet. On the territory of the yard to dispose a tennis court and a basket-ball ground.

Except children-orphans and children, deprived paternal guardianship, constantly resident in SCRC, we intend to give services children and teenagers with the diseases of locomotorium, child's cerebral paralysis (CCP).

With the purpose of conditioning for social adaptation and preparation to independent life we plan to create a social dormitory. It is establishment of the temporal dwelling (from 6 month to 3th).
The feature of social dormitory is that it is not only temporal habitation but also carries out the role of center in which young people from 18 to 23 continue adaptation and preparation to subsequent independent life.
Main aim programs of adaptation:
- social adaptation of young people in age from 18 to 23 by forming of active vital position, mastering of norms and values of society;
- forming in the young people skills of independent life outside a social dormitory, preparation to creation of own family, birth and education of children;
- an increase of being informed on psychological, socially pedagogical, socio-economic, socially medical and legal questions;
- development of communicative skills, organization of rich in content rest;
- defence of rights and interests of young people.
PRINCIPLES OF WORK:
For every pupil there is an individual plan of work taking into account the differentiated approach.
Employees who have a large experience of pedagogical work must work in a social dormitory. In their activity they must hold principles of humanity and confidentiality. Except of basic employees specialists will be invited. It is doctors from Center of planning family, cosmetologists, and hairdressers, employees of police, lawyers, and volonters.
The employees of social dormitory in the process of work will closely co-operate with structural subdivisions of city executive authority, organs of social defence of population, health protection, education, service in matters youths, by enterprises, public organizations of city, sole proprietors.
